How do we act to get nearer to our goals?
To offer you a practical example, I'm sharing with you my ?Daily Routine for Contentment? (believe me, it just takes a few minutes a day) and each day you'll get nearer to make your fantasies become reality.
?Daily Routine for Happiness?? steps
Step 1: Ask. Consider what you need to realize. As I discussed before, what emotions and feelings you would like to experience. (Those may be a full description or just something similar to ?feeling better and better each single day?).
Step 2: Show it. You can do this in the morning or before bedtime. Just close your eyes and picture how you would like to feel. Think happy, with a big smile, enjoying, giggling ? Live in your mind's eye what you need to realize.
Step 3: Get into Action. This step is urgent. No must do anything dazzling, but you need to act on the instant, build momentum and move toward what you need to achieve. An example: Imagine you want to attract sounder health, to achieve fitness. Your routine can begin with a few minutes visualizing yourself in great condition, enjoying your body and how well you're feeling. Now to get in action you can decide to start a diet, or merely stop eating sweets, or you make the commitment that from this time on you?d take the steps rather than the lift. These are actions that show the universe you are moving forward to your want.
Step 4: Enjoy. The practice of ?The Secret? (Ley de Atraccion) is not a destination but a regular journey. Enjoy what you have now, starts to appreciate your reality as it is and notice those small signs the universe puts in your way. Feeling good and accepting your present fact will help you a lot to achieve what you want.
Step 5: Receive and be grateful. Eventually, keep an unprejudiced mind to get your desires. Along the day, take 1 or 2 minutes to list 5 things you are thankful for, those can be as great as being alive and breathing or easy ones as for the food you like and enjoy. The key here is to evaluate what we have , get what we'd like and appreciate the wealth in our lives.
